I had an amazing time at this hotel! The seaview from my room was breathtaking, and watching the stunning sunset while enjoying breakfast was just perfect. The lack of customer service was a downside, but the room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services made up for it. The location, although far from the center of George Town, was ideal for beach lovers and having direct access to the beach was a major plus. The dining experience with too many cuisines served was a culinary adventure. The facilities were top-notch, providing a luxurious experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so cozy and had a modern touch. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the view from my room with the 2 single beds was just stunning. However, the lack of customer service was a bit disappointing.
